Awful food No critical pay No bonuses No recognition for anyone other than Nurses. Equipment is constantly breaking or not working properly. No transport help

You are able to personally make a difference in patients lives.

Cons

Hostile work environment. Employees are not treated equally. Patient well being is NOT their focus. Administration does not follow through on any commitments. They only value high paid employees who can make money for the facility.
