Pros

Graphcom is a great company to work for - they are a close-knit, family-oriented group that works hard and plays hard. They put a lot of effort into growing their employees to be the best they can possibly be. If you show potential and put in the work, you will go far with this company.

Cons

Graphcom doesn't have a strong culture for work-life balance, but this has slowly improved over the years.

Leadership tried very hard to maintain a good culture and team environment. Everyone should feel that their voice is heard - our people are what make us great!

Cons

Physical space is very tight...including parking.
