Really fell off post COVID 19

Pros

You get to work on a wide variety of clients and get a lot of exposure to different industries.

Cons

There seems to be no effort to move back into the office which has resulted in the loss of firm culture. There is a girls clique in the audit department that sometimes feels like high school drama. There is a lot of favoritism within the audit department and some people have easy rides.

Disappointing

Pros

Nice staff. Very welcoming and positive. Lots of potential if the company were run well. They sold me on the team orientation and working well together. That went away with changes in management last year. They are not planning well for the future.

Cons

Strange changes in senior management. Partners are hands-off now and allowing a new manager to run things. Atmosphere changed last year, and people are much more interested in CYA than working as a team. Disappointing.
