Pros

I honestly couldn't imagine working anywhere else. Management makes you feel valued; they always listen and ensure that you get the proper training to proposer in this field. The audit department welcomes you with open arms; this is not a competitive firm, and you are treated the same no matter the level. If you are struggling with different concepts, management will go out of their way to find you outsourced training or assist you in-house. During busy season they value a work-life balance and let you work flex hrs over the weekend. They bend over backward to ensure you are taking time home to spend time with your family and friends in the summer. When taking my CPA exams, everyone was my biggest cheerleader. You are exposed to every type of field and when you want to declare a niche they really help ensure you on those jobs and given proper training to expand your knowledge. 10/10 would recommend anyone interested in public to work here.

Pros

The partner, management and staff are amazing to work with. Everyone is helpful and work as a team. I can't say enough great things about this firm. If I didn't relocate, this would be the place I would've retired from.

Cons

The only con I can say is we grew so fast so work loads were a bit more than expected. However, management and HR got on the ball and brought on some great staff members!
