      Looking to see if the benefits are worth it

      No A/C Compensation isn’t worth the work load as a picker or a wire cutter. Seems like a .50 year raise type of place and that’s with superb performance.

We offer employees many opportunities for training and development, and our company structure and culture allows for upward mobility and also interdepartmentally. However, employees do need to make their career aspirations known to their manager so that they can capitalize on opportunities. We encourage all of our employees to take advantage of opportunities to speak to their managers about what they want out of their careers.
