Pros

Nice benefits, ability to promote from within and strong knowledgeable CEO. Good inventory and warehouse personnel.

Cons

The local branch management is not engaged in the management of the employees and allows unprofessional conduct to go on in the office with no direction. Lets go of anyone that challenges the status quo and does not like to hold local managers accountable for their employees. Allows alcohol to be consumed during work hours.
