Pros

The best reason to work for Graybar is the pension but they no longer offer pensions to new employess

Cons

Management has a "what have you done for me lately attitude". They make you feel that your successes is because you work for Graybar and they have little regard for you as a person. They make you feel like you bring nothing to the table and can easily be replaced.

Pros

Consistent and long standing private owned company. Employees and retirees own all stock. Profit sharing always consistent. Family environment at times.

Cons

Very strict work schedule. Pay well below national average for most positions. Micromanaging at times. Unable to advance within a year no matter skill level.
