Low pay for non sales

Pros

Great coworkers 401k contributions Stock options Stock bonuses based on sales Vacation and sick hours given at beginning of year once you are off your new hire probation

Cons

If you aren’t in a direct sales role the pay sucks. If you aren’t part of the inner management favorite circle your raises will be the bare minimum even with numerous years of service and decent experience. New hires are thrown to the wolves without decent training. Workload for the sales team is insane. Overtime is rarely approved (unless you’re a manager favorite). Filling job openings are usually decided before the job opening is even posted (for internal and external hires)

Thank you for leaving a review. We do want to clarify a point: new hires are given sick time and paid time off immediately once they start, there is no wait period. However, in your first year, paid time off is prorated based on start date in that first calendar year, which is typical. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with some aspects of your experience here. Merit raises are based on performance, not seniority or years of experience. Your manager should be having a conversation with you regarding your merit raise when it goes into effect, and you can ask any questions about it at that time. If you don’t feel the raise you received was fair or your manager explained the reasoning behind it properly, you can reach out to your HR Advisor. We do hope you are providing your feedback and ideas on how we can improve on our Continuous Feedback Survey.
