Thank you for leaving a review. We do want to clarify a point: new hires are given sick time and paid time off immediately once they start, there is no wait period. However, in your first year, paid time off is prorated based on start date in that first calendar year, which is typical. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with some aspects of your experience here. Merit raises are based on performance, not seniority or years of experience. Your manager should be having a conversation with you regarding your merit raise when it goes into effect, and you can ask any questions about it at that time. If you don’t feel the raise you received was fair or your manager explained the reasoning behind it properly, you can reach out to your HR Advisor.
