Pros

The only real pro to working at Graybar is that they train on anything and everything that they do. They start you at the ground floor and have you work through all the different positions.

Cons

The atmosphere is terrible, no one is motivated to work. In my experience the harder you work, the more work you end up having to do for other people. Everyone just pushes work on the new people and continue being miserable. From day one I was told to leave before I get "stuck". This was the worst place I have ever worked. The pay is awful and their only selling point is that you get a full pension if you stay for 30 years. Except they can't promise that because who knows what can happen in 30 years.
