      Pros

      Awesome culture. Strong leadership. Employee ownership actually makes a difference. They really invest in the training and welfare of the employees.

      Cons

      There is a lot of older-culture hanging on, and they can be very resistant to new ideas. However, that resistance typically happens among sales reps that have been there longer than 15 years.

      Pros

      Graybar wants employees to stay with them. Combined benefits package is great with fair pay, profit sharing that they provide 100% of (no matching), and other benefits. Purchasing department focuses on making work pass easily with many activities including free tickets to baseball and hockey games. Almost never overtime so you can focus on your family and work life balance.

      Cons

      Nothing really to mention. Sometimes things change slowly,but that is not a bad thing.

      Pros

      Positive people who, if you are a chosen one, will set you up to win. If you become a pet, you are golden. Very political place to work.

      Cons

      If you are not a chosen one, good luck. No support. Many attempts to pass along good ideas and they fell on deaf ears.
