Pay could be better. Slow to join times and micromanaging

Boring office desk job, too rigid, not enough salary incentive, not enough exposure to gain experience, too corporate to be flexible. Great if you want to have a mediocre 8-5 job that is stable and secure, a total bore if you are ambitious and want satisfaction and independence in your work
