      Pros

      Great for recent college grad who's mother is making them get a job, but you dont want to work and couldn't possibly care less. If you stick it out until you're 70, retirement benefits are great.

      Cons

      Management is non-existant, no training, expected to know electrical, comm data, and lighting, outdated SAP ('98) and new Salesforce do not integrate, must know tax state -by-state, commision is 3% of GROSS MARGIN and does not make a dent in the check, nepotism is rampant
