Really enjoy working here. My coworkers are all very nice.

Wish we had more vacation days

Thanks for your feedback - we really appreciate it. We wanted to make sure to note that our vacation policy was updated a while back and full timers are now eligible for 15 days of vacation per year, adding more over time + additional sick time. We work hard at Graybar and recognize the importance of work-life balance and taking time away from work to rest and recharge.

Pros

Pay was Decent at first. They tried to invest a lot of time training, 6 months. But it was poor training and very disorganized.

Cons

Narrow-minded management. An odd company culture that ultimately comes off a little MLM like. The lamest commission structure I have ever seen as a sales person. Also over time they continually added and kept on dumping more responsibilities on without any incentive or pay raise.
