      1. Work culture is great here, people are really supporting and friendly, I have made some lifelong friendships here. 2. Decent work life balance. Management cares about employees issues and it is mostly supporting. 3. Company shares its profit with employees. 4. Maternity Leave policy

      Pros

      Grazitti is a great company to work for , with good work culture and environment . I have worked here for last 3.5 years. Last few years company growth has been very high both in terms of no. of employee and clients. Open work culture and cross functional training provides a good learning platform for all.

      After working at Grazitti for couple of years i finally had to quit as there was no other option but to quit. Reviews are not at all genuine and there is noone there to understand the challenges that employees are facing. All they are concerned out of the timesheet and the number of hours!

      Thanks for your feedback. However, the review seems to be vindictive and self contradictory. We regret that we cannot get away from timesheet as it has always helped us to measure efficiency and maintain transparency both internally as well as for our clients. Employees are the most important part of the organization and we provide them with ample growth, learning, and onsite opportunities. Unfortunately, your expectations didn’t align with our organization’s need. We wish you all the best for your future endeavor.
