      They have good clients. There are no other pros.

      Cons

      1. Lack of Management 2. No work life balance 3. Compensation is below market value 4. Team Leads and Managers are only concerned with getting your time sheet filled and client billable. 3. Team Leads are sexist and cannot see women rise. 4. HR policies are manipulated by the HR as per their benefits.

      I have recently joined this company, worked with TCS before this. Honestly, I havent felt this special in my career. Starting from onboarding till date, I get the due credit. Lot of learning and recently i was invited to some dinner event with a trainer Sohan. Trust me, no company does this for an employee. After listening to people's exp here I was actually in tears. I had heard that HR helped ppl in covid but I didnt know that they were so supportive. I have never seen such supportive HR's so far. Good job guys

      Nothing good, don’t spend your time here. Only 6 months training is fine then move to some good company

      It full of cons 1)Many good people already left the company. 2) Only cunning can survive here as management represents the same.
