1. Work-Life Balance. It was not a good experience, I learned from the project but I didn't have any time to spend with my family. I was working at an average of 14 hours a day, it was happening because of the inefficiencies in the team. No cooperation/coordination among different teams. 2) Unprofessional HR and Account Team 1) My notice period was 2 months but I served 3 months without any sign-in documentation. 2) As per their policy, they have to send my reliving latter within 45 days but in my case, they took approx 3 months 3) As per their policy, they stop the one month salary on while notice period and give it to you after 45 days of leaving. However, you can't ask any questions about deduction. In my case, I ask for my four days salary deduction from the Account team and HR team and don't get any reply on this.
