      Management does not exist. Run by husband and wife like a factory where people do not matter only money making. For 250 people no other management or HR. The COO is rude and typical bloodsucking boss that does not know ABC of technology or services delivery and client satisfaction. Just wants billing even if the customer is not satisfied. Work culture is bad and new joiners are harassed by old managers trusted by management No resources to improve your skills. If you do the training you can't leave without paying them. Terrible HR benefits. The cheapest insurance, bad food, outings to suck up to management. Hold back relieving letters to old employees and harass them after leaving. Most positive reviews are forcefully generated by HR. Best type of worst Lala company you could work for. The CEO is actually managed by his wife and it is so evident in group settings.

      Dear Reviewer, Somewhat the review seems strikingly similar the previous ones. However, we would like to address a few issues that you have raised in this review. Also, we would appreciate if you refrain from using inappropriate language and mudslinging the organization. Grazitti provides ample growth opportunities to the employees and it is at the discretion of the employee to take it up or not. Benefits provided by the organization are for the personal well being and have been implemented after taking thorough feedback from the employees. Grazitti is a process-oriented organization certified by international bodies and it does not indulge in any unethical activities like manufacturing reviews. Unfortunately, your motivation didn't align with the organization's environment and you had such an experience.

      - New projects to learn - Decent work environment and teams - Focus on learning new things and training - On-site opportunities for some team members

      Cons

      - Forced Illegal bonds to not let you leave. - Standard husband-wife management style with no alignment and meaningless instructions - The tech managers and leads who are old in the company do not care what you feel. They would just try to pressurise you - Stupid rules for timesheets - No flexibility for work hours or work from home. - Force employees to put fake ratings on Glassdoor

      Thanks for your review. However, this feedback appears to be self-contradictory. Grazitti is a process oriented organization certified by international bodies. Hence, all our HR policies are transparent and well communicated to the employees from time to time. Employees always have the freedom to choose whether they wish to take up any future opportunities or not. Kindly refrain from making baseless accusations as we do not manufacture reviews on Glassdoor or any other platform.       Pros

      All the management people are sugar-coated. They behave like they are the nicest people present on this earth.

      I wish I had only few cons but the list is long. 1. After each bad review , you will definitely see a good review here which employees are forced to write because grazitti just pretends to be a good organisation. 2. It is a software factory( mind it not a company). The standard of work is zero. 3. Technical people have been made managers who now are not good at even technical skills. As the managers are too much involved in politics. 4. Most of all the managers in this organisation do nothing expect buttering Mr, Alok. 5 Mr Alok(CEO) is only concerned about hours and money. His sole interest in this company is of MONEY MONEY MONEY 6. He is not concerned about the employees. And if employees raise issues, he will have a problem with the employee and never try to solve the problem. Because his sole requirement is money 7. This company has few projects on board and the best work in these projcts is cut copy paste. By doing these stupid tasks(which they call) , they flaunt to be the best organisation in the tricity. 8. They will slowly spoil your career with their cheap politics and then pretend it was never in our hand. 9. They will judge by the number of hours you stayed in a Day and not by the efficiency you have. And they will pay you according to hours you spend like wages that is why it is a factory not company 10. The attrition rate in the company is perfect to define the bad work environment.
