Grazitti is just another IT company. There is nothing special about Grazitti and it’s a typical company with mindset to built the pressure on employees and micro management through timesheet, daily huddle, stand up call and status meeting that is just waste of time. So ideally your 40% time is just a wastage but in timesheet you can enter only 30 mins. Then you need to spend extra time to complete 8 hours. One such interesting example is , recently they have, Conducted Diwali activity but you can’t spare that time from your daily 8 hours . You need to spend extra time to complete your timesheet. Other is mostly manager of big teams just through there work on subordinate and they strongly believe in doing party. Complete company and its top bosses are full of cheap politics. Positive reviews are completely added by HR.

Just work environment is good nothing else worth good.

Cons

But cab service, poor salary like 8000,5000 to starters. On the name of training just give us a document to read for 3 months. Ni tool to record working hours, they are using their own local php site for that which have lots of defects.

Pros

As a working mother, I found that they are really cooperative and understand your situation. The policies are employee friendly. Everybody is treated with equal respect. There are a lot of events where the family is invited and made to feel special.
