Pros

I have worked in various organizations and Grazitti has been best out of those. The level of learning, freedom, care you get here is unmatched and unheard of. There is always someone to hear your problems and if possible provide a solution or an alternate. In a nut shell, there is a huge focus on employee satisfaction whether it is skill upgrade, money, work culture or onsite travel.

Cons

Nothing that is non fixable. Temporary cons keep appearing whether it is infrastructure (runs out space due to huge growth), resource crunch (Chandigarh resource pool issue) or so on, but they are common in growing organizations and probably good problems to have.

Grazitti is a great company to work for , with good work culture and environment . I have worked here for last 3.5 years. Last few years company growth has been very high both in terms of no. of employee and clients. Open work culture and cross functional training provides a good learning platform for all.

Professional ethics must be addressed by Indian labour unions. Some companies make harsh HR policies and go unnoticed. Never heard any company that make you work days and nights only to be left cheated during appraisals and not paying committed variables. Even worse they recover all spent cost of certification, onsites, bonuses even your salary once you leave them. That is difference between a large conglomerate and a small desi setups. better opt for bigger companies for work.
