Cons

People are allowed to accuse other people and lie about them and cost them jobs. If the line you are on do not like you they will cost you your job.

Employees are very respectful in the office (HQ) All teams are helpful. Retirement benefits are amazing.

Cons

Upper Management: too many meeting with no decision. No Project Management Manager or PMO Stakeholders are unknown to most managers when given a project Budgets are unknown scope of project is more of a guessing game.
