Great Lakes Management company has integrity, and is a strong supportive company. When I did have an issue they were there to support me and my job with in the company. I feel I can rely on them if and when I may ever need to in a situation. Benefits are wonderful always have been. Wages are good and competitive. I have job security.

Pros

Wonderful employer to work for. They are large enough to be well established and respected in the industry, yet small enough that senior management often knows entry level employees by name. During company training events, employees generally introduce themselves and give a quick overview of their position and how long they’ve been employed by GLMC. It always amazes me how many long term employees are within the organization, this is a true testament that Great Lakes is doing something right!

Cons

Exciting changes within HR and increased involvement with senior management have taken place over the last year.
