A sales job on top of the world.

Pros

They offer great support and training. They also recognize your accomplishments. The atmosphere is positive from the top to the bottom. It wasn’t exactly a carrier change for me as I have been in sales for a while , but roofing sales is something I had never done. It’s been a great career change. My days and weeks fly by. It’s can also be a very lucrative job. In short. Great support from the management with a enjoyable job where you get to do local travel.

Cons

If there is a con, it would really be with weather. It gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
