Pros
All non management employees there to do a days work. If you are 18 to 24 and want to make decent money at roofing, apply. Avoid office/mgmt positions to avoid dealing with the corporate nonsense.
Cons
Corporate bullying, 'eye for an eye' & 'better than you' mentality, terrible benefits, non existent bonuses, 8 steps for a should be 2 step process (manual, very manual), an 'out to get us' corporate paranoia.
