      Good and Bad - won't address the bad

      Pros

      Company outings, no weekends, contests with rewards

      Cons

      Posted $75,000+ of possible income but have to perform 5x at level of goals to hit that number. Inside sales does not have direct control of your own commission We set apts thats it. You don't get paid for that appointment until after the outside sales run the appointment AND they have to sell it which can take months or over a year sometimes. If you get paid is solely determined by the outside sales and manager if they sell it.

      Challenging and fun

      Pros

      There is a great team atmosphere and I’m given a lot of responsibility to manage my own territory. I like the competitive pay and commission plan, but there are also contests and other ways to get paid which makes it fun. Lots of flexibility with the schedule makes it easy to take care of family responsibilities. There are other activities planned too, like company picnics, ice fishing, and paintball which are all paid for by the company! Overall it’s a great place to work that challenges me to perform each day to help get the most out of my territory while also being able to develop good relationships with my customers.

      Cons

      Staying on top of my work each day can be challenging, but that’s when I have the best months. Have to be good with time management or I can get behind.
