Epic system, clean building, up to date technology, rn to patients ratio is fixed.

Cons

Poor management, unfair assignments, low salary, no diversity, no room for growth.

Leadership is confused, misguided. They don't invest in their people. Nurses are not valued.

Pros

Great people. Dedicated management team who has vision and cares about patients, physicians and staff. Family-type feel. Overall, decision making is swift, I suppose because of their independence as a health system.

Cons

Town lacking some basic amenities and not always welcoming of new people. However, there are some really nice people. Physician turn-over is a little frustrating but I guess that's happening everywhere these days.
