Great Senior level execs, great benefits and pay. Overall a great company to work for.

Cons

Some middle management. (IT) they need to learn how to be a personnel manager (they are clueless).

Pros

Excellent, friendly and dedicated staff. Onsite fitness facilities and flexible working arrangements. Cooperative business model has many pluses. Impressive office headquarters facilities.

Cons

Limited career advancement potential. Difficult to identify internal opportunities that would broaden experience and allow exploration of various areas within the company, especially for senior technical professionals. This could be a temporary issue during a period of limited electric demand growth.
