Pros

The company is always looking for ways to improve and ways to better serve its members. Management is talented and appreciative of the work that employees do. Great work-life balance. Headquarters is top-notch with a gym and cafeteria. Benefits and salaries are excellent. Simply put, the best job I've ever had, and it's not even close.

Cons

As others have mentioned, there is limited room for advancement as the organizational structure is pretty flat. The bonus of this, however, is that employees are given a lot of responsibility.

Not a very deep hierarchy so limited advancement opportunities Not a lot of accountability or concern for how time is being used

Job satisfaction, people, benefits, community involvement, educational opportunities, chance for advancement.

Cons

Not as much personal time off as most other companies allow. Lots of stress from working short of personnel. Deadlines are often unrealistic due to lack of planning or abilities of some departments.
