Let’s try furloughing people by email in the middle of the day on Wednesday and expecting them to finish working out their work week. Then sending another email minutes later to the entire company stating that furlough emails had been sent. It was just wrong on so many levels. Overwhelming caseloads Little to no support from upper management and supervisors

The supervisors are on relatable and unapproachable. HR is the absolute worst, they couldn’t care less about you or anything about the case managers job. If you do have productivity that probably means that you are working from the time you get up until the time you go to bed every day and all weekend to complete your notes for how much you actually have to work. This is not a 40 hour a week job this is a 70+ Hours a week job
