- Builds experience - Bonus potential - flexibility with your schedule - offers internships - if you jump through hoops, you can grow into more career opportunities

Cons

- Mgmt does not care about the safety of their employees - The directors of Mental Health are only in this for themselves and their own benefit. - upper mgmt will absolutely look down on you - PTO is useless if you're not OVER on productivity - Very productivity-focused, regardless of time constraints - Claims they care about mental health but they don't really. - HR is friends with ALL the staff, so don't think you'll get help there. it's extremely biased. - pay sucks If you can get in and out in 6months-1yr total solely for experience do that and go find a different job!

The coworkers are the only good part of this job.

Cons

Micromanaging supervisors. This facility is filled with greed and all they care about is billing and collecting their check. I was encouraged to work overtime constantly to keep up with unrealistic expectations, was told I could get paid for it, never did. These people DO NOT care about their employees or the clients they are supposed to be helping. They take pride in how many clients they have (over 10,000) but once again, the more billing the more they get paid. This place is a disgrace of a company and drives their employees into the ground and tells them they are not working hard enough, good enough at their job, and constantly how they need to be able to 'manage themselves.' Meanwhile, all of my coworkers that I met feel the same way and are amazing people who want to help people in need!!!
