Pros

strong benefit package; empowering management group; community minded corporate leaders; opportunities for advancement

Cons

Select departmental managers are spread quite thin; rapid growth (which ties back to over-taxed managers) not necessarily a "con" yet possibly a stressor

Production Team Lead

Pros

There is room to move up, and a promote from within atmosphere. Competitive benefit package, and annual raises. They will spend money to send you to training and industry classes.

Cons

Could do a better job on the hourly pay rate. Merit raises would help keep the good people around. A lot of the decision making comes down from corporate with no regard for specific plant needs.
