Its like work without rest-- 6am to 8 pm, if you can not then out did not feel challenged

Cons

Bad company to work if you are honest, married and have kids. especially if you are woman.

Competitive pay. Great vacation days. Overall great management team who will work with you and share advice to make you successful.

Cons

Not many cons. Only con I can think of is management tends to over analyze spending money for various projects.
