      Pros

      I always liked the people that I worked with. The job was very challenging at times I liked that.

      Cons

      Poor management, poor HR, horrible hours. I gave this company 7 years of my life only to be let go at the absolute worst time in my life. It is my opinion that I was was thrown under the bus to hide the poor management decisions at this plant. There is no such thing as loyalty or honesty at Green Plains Bluffton.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the work you do most of the time. Other times it's not near enough due to stress levels.

      Cons

      Schedule is terrible. Can be very stressful at times. When things are good management gets the credit, when things are bad it's all your fault.

      Management is tremendous here, really a positive work place and it brings out a pretty special team atmosphere

      Cons

      Swing shifts obviously aren't great and I think the pay is a little below average compared to other plants.
