      Unethical HR Dept. History of employee litigation against this company

      Pros

      Non managers are good hard working people. Some of the old timers are still left and they are great to work with. But they are a quickly retiring or leaving.

      Cons

      Poor mid and upper management. Very poor and unethical HR Dept. HR runs the company and is running it into the ground. Highly unethical business practices. Ownership allows them to conduct themselves this way. HR knows best and instructs the company what to do. Micromanagement to the enth degree from HR. You will have 2 bosses...your real boss and the HR business partner. Highly recommend you do not work here unless you are currently unemployed

      Pros

      Non management personnel are great to work with, individually and in projects. I would call them all professional in every aspect, as they are all trying to do the right thing..

      Cons

      1) Upper Management, who does not have a clue of the daily activities that are required to complete work. Individuals are expected to continually improve, but not given the time to implement the improvements. 2) HR runs the company. If you do not get along with them - watch out! 3) Upper Management encourages conflict at the Senior Level and does not think that strategy is their role, but should come from the conflicting Senior Managers. So, my question - who's steering the ship?
