Pros

There are many very smart and excited people at Greenhouse and most of them will be open to collaborating with you. You can really get behind the product because it's the best and getting better.

Cons

Greenhouse is still working on what their values are exactly, but talk a lot about authenticity and transparency. These are two things that are seriously lacking. It can be rather uncomfortable to give input or voice an idea, as I didn't know how it would be received. In addition, it was made very apparent that I was not getting any kind of transparency from the director of my department- just yes-ed me and told me I was great- turned out she thought the opposite.

Pros

I have been in the startup scene in NYC for quite sometime. When it comes to startups, the words "safe bet" or "shoe in" rarely come to mind. The two founders and Head of Engineering make that different at Greenhouse. They are extremely smart, very well experienced, and have built winning companies time after time. This is a great company with a great product in a market where every other solution seems ridiculous in comparison.

Cons

Not too many cons outside of there being way too many seaweed chips in the snack closet ... Not to worry, however, you can barely see them with all the other great food surrounding.
