1.) Independence - Do you, as long as your good at it 2.) Smart/Driven Upper Management 3.) Friendly co-workers 4.) Great benefits/pay

1.) Office Space could have a few more amenities.

Pros

+ I get to concentrate on writing software instead of going to meetings + Small company with great coworkers with the same values that I have + Lots of energy in the workplace; everyone's excited by our success + Friday night 90's jam sessions

Cons

- Hours can be long (like most startups)

Pros

Definitely the most talented, supportive, and energetic team I've ever worked with. Its impressive what this small group can do in such a short amount of time. Everyone just cares.

Cons

Although the company culture is top notch, the co-working space is something to be desired...

Thanks for the feedback!. Happily, I can report that we've recently moved into a much larger and nicer new office - a bright, cheerful office space in the SoHo neighborhood in NYC.
