It's a somewhat of a meta experience as we've used our own software to hire extremely talented people who are excited to contribute and also just plain fun, nice people to work with. There's a constant buzz of energy both within the company and around the company (from customers, prospective customers, the industry) as we continue to build great software and generally just do really great work. The co-founders have been around the block, both having launched successful companies in the past, so we aren't distracted with rookie leadership mistakes even though this is a startup. The emerging culture is one of talented people without the egos and a fun atmosphere without the cult vibe that you sometimes see in tech startups.

Everyone is on the same page with day to day items which is a breath of fresh air, especially at this early of a startup. The team collectively pushes hard to grow the product to the next great SaaS offering. Access to the Co-founders is great as you're always learning and really getting the pulse for the company and what's next.
