I think everyone from the original Greenway would agree that hands down it has been the people and the vision

Cons

Before and after the merger, there has been a lack of real focus on the end goal. The actions of the company haven't matched the words

Do not trust the "New" Greenway, it's Vitera with a new name and gawdy branding.

There were too many pros to list when it was still Greenway Medical. What a great company that was.

Cons

Where to begin? Understand that after this merger, this company is Vitera Health with a new name. Very few new hires outside of RCM have been made since the massive layoff in January. Thousands of applicants and almost no hires. Speculation is that most of the merger will be complete and there will be no need for a lot of Carrollton based employees (the ones that are left) after July. Potential employee prospects are psychologically and cognitively tested for employment before even being interviewed. Very very few make it past this point, even subject matter experts in their fields "fail" these tests.. Metrics is the guiding force behind everything that's done at Vitera. Dont fall for the "consumer driven healthcare" talk. It may have been the focus under the old Greenway, but its all about profit now.

Pros

Love the culture, even post merger the place still has a strong family feel. The new leadership team is starting to mesh and deliver on promises made during the transition. We are seeing lots of hiring, promotions and new opportunities for current employees.

Cons

At times it can seem a little disjointed with the multiple campuses, but they are trying to bring everyone closer together with technology and such, but we still have a ways to go...
