Pros

They do offer great benefits that increase as you gain tenure. Paid parental leave is particularly better than what I've seen elsewhere.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Blamed for things outside your control. Treated differently if you aren't hitting 90-100% on your internal deadlines, regardless of whether deliverables to client were on time. Fully remote teams means lack of comradery amongst team members. Increasing number of functions and positions have been outsourced to India. You are basically just a number here, nothing more.

Pros

Well they give you a 40% discount until you're fired and then you have 7 days to get booted out highly illegal and terrible temperamental I worked there for 3 years I lived there for 3 years and then the last 3 months I worked in a new site the Prescott it's terrible don't work there if you're trying to be a maintenance technician don't live there if you're trying. Greystar is a scam their policy is a scam it's an investment company not a realtor company they don't give a f*** about people property or nothing is all outside they just care how it looks on the outside.

Cons

If you get fired you can't work for any greystar property cause they suck. If you live on property with that discount they lure you in with careful cause if you get fired that's 7 days and you get booted. It's highly illegal.

Pros

Housing discounts (40%) Monthly(ish) bonuses teaching from ($100-$300) Paid training and certifications

Cons

On-call regularly You need to purchase all of your own tools Low pay but it's up to you if the housing discounts makes up for that. Rules, guidelines, bonuses, wages, and special benefits seem inconsistent and heavily depend on who the owner is. Leasing department seems to have much more available career options and are generally seen as a priority over maintenance.
