Pros

None they work you to death.

Cons

Everything about this shady organization. They work you to death and steal your commission. The HR is as bad as the company itself. They only move up people that are friends of the bosses. This company is the worst at treating their employees. They let me catch covid and then try to blame me for catching it. They let everyone roam in the office until you catch Covid. Beware of working for this company you will regret it.

Pros

Greystar has a large presence in the US so the ability to transfer is vast.

Cons

Greystar does not care about associates and you are just a number. There is absolutely no work-life balance and you are worked for he bone. System transition are so poorly executed and no support even though they preach support. You get pushed around from person to person and get no answers. The company is so big, there is no accountability. Asking your Supervisor would seem like the answer but the push back is worse. Th Alliance transition was devastating as we were a family and so valued by the executive team and now we are just a number. I’m heartbroken Greystar bought us as Alliance was an award winning company with heart. Clients will be leaving as more and more of us go due to the poor value Greystar has on its associates. It truly is a shame!

Pros

Benefits are great and not very expensive. The benefits are the reason I am still here at this company.

Cons

They put me at a property that was Alliance and was taken over by Greystar a year ago. The staff has no idea how to do things the "Greystar" way or really any communication with Greystar other than a stream of meaningless emails about updates in policies or pointless webinars that no one has time for. If you do have a problem or a question on how to use a new system or policy they sprung on us it will take IT 3 weeks to get back to you, hopefully you do not have a pressing resident issue waiting.
