Where do I start? First, I would say to read some of the lengthy reviews on Glassdoor because everything is very true...the vigilant cameras, militaristic attitude, weed smoking in parking lots and petty supervisors. Basically, if a supervisor doesn't like you, it's going to be VERY tough. It could be possible that they don't like you because you don't like a certain football team, your ethnicity, your marital status or (worse) they don't like the fact you are intelligent. A lot of machismo here. You're female? Run! Do not apply.
To college students: Don't let these speakers fool you when they go to your school for these marketing stunts. You will not have an easy job sitting, writing and looking through a microscope. You WILL be doing some hard labor. Just read the job description (Manufacturing Technician). Lifting heavy 40-50 lb 5 gallon bucket pails, VERY cold temperatures, wet/slippery environment, pushing equipment and then...the micro managing supervisors. They just go around spreading the word that "its better than working in a warehouse" and that you will have a career with them if you put in overtime. Lots of false promises here and an overall toxic environment. Trust me....I regret working here this long.
