People, Growth, Challenging, always learning something new, possibilities to advance are great (in my opinion) everyone is always willing to teach and help - insurance is great, HR dept. is awesome. - pay is competitive

Cons

can be very stressful, work most weekends, rumors about power shifts are in abundance (could be anywhere I guess)
