company is not an ethical company anymore. Forcing out long time owners and brought in new, inexperienced owners to have more control of the contracts and the new owners

It's a growing company that has a great business template. I'm working with good people who strive to keep the company successful.

Cons

With the growth of the company some employees are scared or confused of why there has to be changes. Change is not always embraced by everyone and there are employees that have long tenure who aren't excited about it
