Pros

Great Benefits, free catered lunches and all the snacks you could ever imagine.

Cons

Although they are trying to stay on top of the location genre there is a lot of competition and they haphazardly roll out new products that aren't quite ready for use. There are no internal controls and problems are only dealt with after the fact. Management makes poor decisions and does not support you. GroundTruth once had much potential. Not anymore. There is constant turnover and layoffs. No stability and they are proud to announce it. The HR dept is a joke.

Pros

catered kitchen, some nice managers, some nice co-workers, free lunch, reimbursement in cellphone and gym

Cons

Some VP/manager is control-freak, doing the micro-management. You got a task assigned by a vp, and manager is just keeping track of that. Managers in some team does not play as they should be, due to the intervene from VP. Some people does not know engineering play important role in company, treat it like his sovereign. No transparency at all.

On the downswing.

Pros

If you fight for it (including presenting offers from other companies), they will cave in and pay you a decent salary. The views are nice and they provide lunch.

Cons

Long time executives who created a culture of excellence, purpose, and excitement have left the company and now there is a sense of being on the downswing. You look around and see the best employees either leaving or getting let go. Office politics are rampant from the highest to lowest levels.
