Pros
Decent daily lunch food, you get healthcare, some good people to work with are still there, stocked fridge and kitchen.
Cons
xAd then now Ground Truth is like a really nice looking car, but once you get into the car pop the hood you realize that the car is rusted out and falling apart. Ground Truth sales take their clients to 1 WTC and show them the great views, free food and boozes but ultimately will not provide a good product worth the money that they charge. The way they treat employees is even worst, going to each department and telling managers that need to lay off an employee that gave up their weekend before to work on a project. Once I was showing my family that was visiting the office on a Sunday morning and an IT guy was there working with construction guys fixing the office, another time I had friends visiting and need help getting into the office because my badge had issues that same IT guy helped me out. Finally, I was working overseas and had an IT issue, I sent an email for help and 10 minutes later that same IT guy helped me at 3 AM in the morning. Moral of the story, after coming to the office 8:30 on a Sunday, needing help at 9:00 on a holiday weekend or needing support at 3 in the morning that IT guy helped me with a smile and GroundTruth laid him off. Another time I needed to get something from the office for a presentation the next day, and a programmer a nice guy was in the office at 11 PM working, during the next All Hands meeting his team was complimented on their work, then 2 weeks later he was laid off. That's Ground Truth, a rusted out on the inside but looks great on the outside car.
