Customers and their employees always come first with tarheel. I've seen this company go through changes through the years. but one thing that always stayed true is they try their best by their employees. The CEO has always had one goal and that's provide a superior product and service for the customer and provide Jobs along the way.

Your self motivation and driven personality will define the sales and income you make. This is not an hourly job. Management doesn't have a thumb on you every second of the day. Meet new people every single day. Travel to new areas daily. Part of a Nation wide foundation company, so if you want to move, you can still be apart of the largest repair company. I can go on about what this company can do for you and your family, but it is a commission based job so some people make it when others will not.

Cons

Drive personal vehicle until we hit a certain number in Net sales to earn a companu vehicle, window time and hours driven weekly is around 30hrs+ of driving
