Pros
I've never felt more at home with any other company. This is more than a job, it is a career. I have grown by leaps and bounds since I started because I have been supported by a team who truly cares. They have pushed me outside of my comfort zone and encouraged me to take ownership of my position. I sometimes have a hard time voicing my opinion, but leadership has encouraged me to speak up because they really do want to hear what I have to say and learn my perspective. I have been challenged and coached to be a stronger leader and person. They are open to feedback and provide honest constructive criticism when I need it; they only expect the best from me because they believe that I am capable of more. I know that my teammates have my back. They are supportive both at work, and in my personal life and I value the relationships that I have cultivated here. It is a very welcoming atmosphere--tons of different people and everyone feels like they can be themselves. Everyone is passionate about their jobs, and no job is seen as unimportant--there are no throwaways. Company promotes from within and work with people to make sure they have the best chance at success. I've always felt appreciated and proud to be a part of this company.
Cons
There have been a lot of changes since I've been here because the company has grown so much. The transitions have not always been perfect but it is something that leadership has tried to learn from and make as easy as possible on its employees. Regardless of changes, the team around you and above you really does care, and that much is obvious. I honestly feel that any job I have after this one will pale in comparison.
