This place just plain sucks ! Been here for a min and realized that management here sucks. The operations manager is the biggest jerk off with a loud and very disrespectful mouth who will talk and treat you like you are nothing . They like to hire you for a cheap amount for very hard work which lead to very long days , and when another crew falls short they will tell you at 5 pm on Friday that you are working Saturday when there’s nothing on your schedule. The pto is a joke and when you request for time off they never remember “operations manager” and will bad mouth you and try to make you a no show to cover his tail and make you look like a liar . Never personally happens to me but seen it a few times . Most of the crew are young men with no experience because the vets have pretty much left due to the lack of pay and respect . They tell you there’s room to advance but you pretty much get promoted to foreman and are lucky to make16 per hour , that’s why they hire kids so they can pay them 12-14 and psychologically manipulate them and beat them down for cheap. Most of the laborers here are very cool . Shady shady and don’t believe what they tell you when they hire you . And pretty much what the person above me said very stressful environment.
