FRS embraces a work/life balance. They understand the importance of having time with family and personal growth. By in large everyone that works for FRS is driven to succeed and challenge the status quo of a typical contractor. FRS goes above and beyond for the employees and treats everyone like family. Can't say enough great things about this company.

Great culture with constant focus on employee growth both personally and professionally! This company truly rewards it's employees by the value they bring to the company and is dedicated creating an atmosphere where employees love showing up each day! I've been here 4 years and everything just continues to improve.

Pros

Great pay, great benefits, honest/ trustworthy leaders, great attitudes from other employees, provided with the best of the best as far as tools, material, equipment, trucks, etc.

Cons

Occasionally out of town overnight, but hotel is paid for by the company (nice hotels) given per diem, and you travel in the work trucks (not your personal vehicle)
