      Financially Stable, Multiple Manufacturer group with a decent geographic foot print.

      Cons

      Good old boy network. Advancement limited for minorities and women. You will find many minorities with 4 year and beyond degree s working for non degreed managers.

      If you don't meet your draw it does not go negative the next month.

      Cons

      Long hours in order to make commission. This particular dealership has had many problems in the past with management. Hope the new manager will make some needed changes
