Pay is low, very much below what was suggested you could make. They flood the floor with sales people. The floor traffic low.

Plenty of dealerships to transfer to across the country. Lots of girls to spread gossip. Good food on Saturdays.

Cons

Nepotism runs amok! It takes weeks and weeks and a plethora of redundant emails to reach a simple decision that could have been made in a moment at a privately held organization. Ungodly hours even for accounting.
